Shipping policy

Domestic Orders:

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground shipping. Orders are typically be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days from the date the order was placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping within the U.S. will take between 3-5 days. Pre-order items will be shipped according to disclaimers displayed at the time of your pre-order purchase.

International Orders:

If you are outside the US, your order will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Express. Orders are typically processed and shipped between 5-6 business days from the date the order was placed (excluding weekends and holidays). UPS Worldwide Express shipping takes between 3-5 days; however, this does not take customs processing into account. However, during busy seasons, processing times may be extended. 

If you find that your country is not listed as one that we ship to, please contact us at info@keyplansco.com and we will make note of your request. Additionally, please be advised that you are responsible for your country's customs/duties/delivery fees and delays when shipping outside the US.
